Base compensation: $206,400–$258,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS, reseller, service level, vendor, partnership, and customer-facing agreements.
• Act as the primary legal partner for Go-to-Market teams during customer negotiations.
• Support the privacy program and advise on GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other global data protection laws.
• Negotiate data processing agreements and provide ongoing privacy guidance.
• Manage complex cross-border transactions involving internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop regional contract templates, negotiation playbooks, workflows, and legal guidance.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proof of employment eligibility.
• Admission to practice law in the United States, an EU member state, or Israel.
• LL.B., J.D., or equivalent law degree from an accredited university.
• 4–9 years of post-qualification experience in technology commercial and privacy law, including law firm and in-house technology company experience.
• Experience negotiating complex technology agreements, DPAs, and customer contracts with Fortune 500 companies.
• Experience with AI-sector SaaS companies, global privacy requirements, U.S. copyright, and intellectual property law.
