Business Strategy Principal (AI & Collaboration)

Location: Palo Alto, California, United States of America

Salary: $130,700–$205,200 USD annually, plus potential bonus and/or equity for United States of America candidates.

What you will do

• Support annual Collaboration strategy and integrated planning with business leaders, Finance, and category teams.
• Develop market perspectives covering customer behavior, competitive dynamics, technology disruption, and growth opportunities across headsets, video collaboration, voice, software, and services.
• Evaluate portfolio choices, investment priorities, growth scenarios, strategic partnerships, ecosystem investments, and technology collaborations.
• Lead strategic assessments of AI-enabled meeting experiences, intelligent audio and video solutions, workplace analytics, collaboration software, and hybrid-work platforms.
• Build market-sizing models, forecasts, scenario analyses, business cases, and strategic trade-off assessments.
• Prepare executive-level materials for Board, FIT, ELT, and other leadership reviews, and translate strategy into actionable plans.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated competence.
• Typically 8–10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, business strategy, management consulting, product strategy, product management, platform strategy, or a related field.
• Experience developing strategic recommendations, long-range plans, business cases, and executive communications for senior leaders.
• Strong analytical rigor and experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or a technology or product organization.
• Experience in technology, hardware, semiconductors, video collaboration, cameras, AI, or adjacent industries is strongly preferred.
• MBA or another advanced degree is a plus.
