Senior Manager, Strategy & Transformation (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with an average of 2 days per week in an HPE office. The role is associated with US salary ranges for Colorado, California, New York, Georgia, North Carolina, and Texas.

Salary: Annual base salary of USD 126,000–239,000 in Colorado; USD 135,500–275,000 in California and New York; USD 119,500–275,000 in Georgia, North Carolina, and Texas. Variable incentives may also be offered.

What you will do

• Lead the redesign of Product Management, Engineering, and Quality Assurance operating models, workflows, governance structures, and decision rights for an Agentic AI-native product development lifecycle.
• Assess current-state PDLC workflows, handovers, context management, and organizational structures.
• Facilitate cross-functional design workshops with Product, Solution Architecture, Engineering, and QA leaders.
• Define future-state human and Agentic AI responsibilities, ownership boundaries, process maps, role definitions, and implementation roadmaps.
• Design AI Center of Excellence and capability-building approaches.
• Execute change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, and senior leadership review activities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, organizational transformation, technology transformation, or operating model redesign.
• Experience leading technology or enterprise transformation projects and organizational redesign initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of the Product Development Lifecycle and software engineering best practices.
• Experience with strategic and operational project management and cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced university degree such as an MBA is preferred.
• Strong expertise in operating model redesign, governance frameworks, decision rights, executive relationship management, facilitation, analysis, and communication.
