What you will do

• Lead delivery of AI safety evaluations, frontier model assessments, red teaming, and safeguard testing projects.
• Act as the primary link between clients, safety data scientists, technical partners, and frontier labs.
• Develop proposals to grow AI safety and governance work across multiple sectors.
• Advise clients on AI safety strategy and technical implementation.
• Mentor team members and align responsibilities with the expanding AI safety portfolio.
• Support broader Senior Manager delivery work when required.

Requirements

• Proven experience or strong interest in applied AI safety, potentially from industry labs, academia, evaluation, or red teaming.
• Understanding of commercial consulting delivery, account growth, and project oversight.
• Ability to translate technical AI safety research into strategic business outcomes and communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Structured problem-solving approach and experience delivering high-quality, high-stakes projects in ambiguous settings.
• Flexibility to support broader senior management responsibilities and an entrepreneurial approach to a visible portfolio.
