Principal Product Manager, Head of Global Expansion (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role based in Arlington, Virginia, United States; onsite Tuesday through Thursday each week, with additional onsite attendance possible based on business needs.

Salary: $176,000–$220,000 starting base salary annually, plus equity and additional compensation components.

What you will do

• Own global expansion end to end and deliver business outcomes across market launches.
• Define the integration strategy between Mambu, Checkout.com, and hirify.global's platform.
• Partner with Engineering to design scalable core banking, wallet, and card infrastructure.
• Build reliable money-in and money-out rails for compliant cross-market fund movement.
• Lead CRM integration for servicing, support, and customer engagement.
• Build fraud, risk, and compliance infrastructure and manage the expansion roadmap with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, general management, or a related leadership role in payments, cards, or banking infrastructure.
• Experience owning business outcomes for products or expansion efforts at scale, ideally in fintech or banking-as-a-service.
• Direct experience integrating core banking platforms such as Mambu and payment processors such as Checkout.com.
• Strong understanding of fraud, compliance, KYC, and AML requirements for card and wallet products.
• Technical fluency and experience partnering with Engineering on system design and architecture trade-offs.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, roadmap ownership, and cross-functional leadership skills.
