Senior Product Manager, Acuity Scheduling, Payments

Location: Hybrid in New York City, with 1–3 days per week required in the office

Salary: $153,500–$247,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Own the long-term strategy and roadmap for Acuity Scheduling payments, transactions, and mobile products.
• Lead customer, market, competitive, and financial discovery to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Define target segments, use cases, and expansion opportunities across web, mobile, and in-person payment contexts.
• Drive payment integrations, checkout experiences, and partner-related product initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer operations, analytics, and external partners to launch products and improve merchant support.
• Own business metrics, explain performance trends, and create alignment through clear narratives and prioritization frameworks.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of product management experience in SaaS or consumer software.
• Deep experience with payments, fintech, or transaction products, including third-party integrations, checkout UX, and payment infrastructure.
• Experience leading mobile product development across iOS and Android.
• Strong data and financial analysis skills, including opportunity sizing and demand validation.
• High technical fluency with complex workflows, data models, and platform integrations.
• Strong communication, customer research, usability testing, and cross-functional alignment skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with in-person payments, POS integrations, or hardware-adjacent products.
• Familiarity with scheduling, booking, or operational tools for SMBs.
