Sr. Solution Consultant - Bilingual (French/English) / Consultant en solution principal – Bilingue (français/anglais)

Location: Canada; travel required as needed, up to 25%

Salary: $87,200–$117,700 CAD annually, plus potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock units

What you will do

• Implement and configure hirify.global workforce management software across various customer environments.
• Analyze business rules, enhanced requirements, and customer processes.
• Configure software interfaces and support system integrations.
• Create process documentation, diagrams, and functional specifications.
• Provide customer guidance, knowledge transfer, application support, and testing assistance.
• Prioritize and troubleshoot multiple critical technical issues while coordinating with hirify.global Project Managers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience implementing time and attendance software.
• Consulting and customer-facing experience.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Professional fluency in French and English is required.
• Flexibility to travel as needed, up to 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Technical product knowledge and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of time, scheduling, absence, labor management, or related domain systems.
