Associate Consultant Co-op (May 2027 | 16 months)

Location: Remote, hybrid, or on-site in Ontario, Canada. Travel may be required. Applicants must be enrolled in an Ontario registered university co-op program and available for a full-time 16-month term starting in May 2027.

What you will do

• Support customer implementations of the Vena product from initiation through completion.
• Configure data models, financial templates, reports, customer-system integrations, and automated workflows.
• Participate in on-site and virtual customer workshops to gather business and technical requirements.
• Enable customers to adopt the product and maximize value from their investment.
• Work with Project Managers to deliver projects on time and within budget, communicating issues proactively.
• Travel as required and contribute to customer satisfaction and time-to-value objectives.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a registered university co-op program in Ontario and available for a 16-month full-time co-op starting in May 2027.
• Post-secondary studies in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience applying quantitative, conceptual, and analytical problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, initiative, and customer-focused questioning skills.
• Data integration and data modeling experience, or willingness to learn.
• Experience or knowledge of database management, such as ETL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
