GTM Strategy & Operations Analyst (AI)

Location: NYC office; on-site five days a week. Paid relocation support to NYC is available.

Salary: $100K–$150K annually

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives and leadership on deal strategy, account research, customer positioning, and competitive analysis.
• Create executive presentations, proposals, product narratives, business cases, ROI analyses, and other sales collateral.
• Analyze customer workflows, costs, technology landscapes, and business opportunities to quantify product impact.
• Translate complex product capabilities into clear business value for different buyers and use cases.
• Support commercialization of new product capabilities and develop repeatable GTM frameworks, templates, and processes.
• Improve strategic deal execution, sales effectiveness, collateral quality, speed, and organizational repeatability.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, growth strategy, corporate strategy, or another highly analytical environment.
• Exceptional analytical skills and comfort with quantitative information, ROI analysis, financial impact, and business performance.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation-building skills with excellent written communication.
• Ability to turn complex products, markets, and business problems into concise executive-level narratives.
• Strong commercial judgment, attention to detail, curiosity, and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
• Interest in AI, enterprise software, CPG, and technology-driven business transformation.
