Senior Network Engineering Coordinator (Cisco Networking)

What you will do

• Coordinate network readiness activities for large-scale manufacturing projects, pilot builds, production launches, and validation.
• Develop project timelines, milestones, deliverables, documentation, and status reports.
• Coordinate Network Engineering, Network Planning, Network Operations, Manufacturing IT, manufacturing teams, and external partners.
• Coordinate installation, configuration, provisioning, testing, and troubleshooting of switches, wireless access points, cellular systems, cabling, and connectivity.
• Validate end-to-end network functionality and performance across wired, wireless, cellular, and industrial environments.
• Lead project meetings, manage stakeholder expectations, identify risks and delays, and escalate critical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and experience coordinating cross-functional technical projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Cisco LAN and wireless infrastructure, including Catalyst 9000, Wi-Fi 7, Catalyst Center, ISE, routing, switching, and IOS-XE.
• Understanding of OSPF, BGP, Cisco SD-Access, Industrial Ethernet protocols, fiber and copper cabling standards, and SRE principles.
• Experience with Palo Alto firewalls, Prisma Access, commercial and private cellular networking, and enterprise wired and wireless troubleshooting.
• Strong project management, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
