What you will do

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the assigned region.
• Identify new business opportunities, cultivate leads, and convert prospects into accounts.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and support satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to communicate product features and benefits.
• Research market trends, competitive activity, and potential market shifts.
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts; negotiate terms and monitor performance through reports and forecasts.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the medical or diagnostics industry.
• Strong client and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presentations and negotiations.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies.
• Goal-oriented approach focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
