Location: Remote candidates will be considered; in-office work is preferred at the Milwaukee, Chicago, or Hartford-area office locations in the United States. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future immigration support or sponsorship.
Salary: $88,800–$184,460 annually. In specified states and metropolitan areas, the range is $102,120–$184,460; in all other states, it is $88,800–$160,400.

What you will do
- Analyze healthcare data using Excel, SAS, and proprietary programs.
- Support pricing, reserving, financial projections, forecasting, model development, and mergers and acquisitions consulting.
- Complete actuarial calculations, develop and use actuarial models, and implement software solutions.
- Review peer work and contribute to research and product development.
- Coordinate with consultants, managers, professional staff, and interns to deliver client reports and project deliverables.
Requirements
- United States work authorization without immigration sponsorship is required.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, economics, finance, accounting, or another quantitatively focused discipline.
- ASA designation from the Society of Actuaries is required.
- At least two years of full-time actuarial experience.
- Thorough understanding of Microsoft Excel and actuarial concepts.
- Strong analytical, communication, time management, independent working, and teamwork skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAS, VBA, or other coding languages.
- Experience across healthcare segments such as Medicare Advantage and Part D, Commercial/ACA, Dental, Medicaid, Long Term Care, Pharmacy, or Provider.
