Program Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Manage client programs from onboarding and service activation through continuation, renewal, ramp-down, and closure.
• Develop delivery plans, schedules, resource models, milestones, dependencies, and execution controls across multiple engagements.
• Monitor program budgets, margins, resource utilization, forecasts, risks, issues, and delivery status.
• Coordinate Operations, sales, account, demand, solution, and internal practice teams to deliver client outcomes.
• Act as the primary client contact, lead program meetings and reporting, and resolve escalated concerns and delivery challenges.
• Assign responsibilities, coordinate program contributors, and support business development, standards, case studies, and lessons learned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a client-facing Program, Project, or PMO role within a professional services organization.
• Experience managing information security projects, programs, or operations across multiple clients and capabilities.
• Expert experience with program management methodologies, best practices, tools, schedules, risks, and financial controls.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, time-management, communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and collaborate effectively with clients and internal business partners.

Nice to have

• Significant consulting experience providing security expertise to clients.
• Current knowledge of security threats, solutions, security tools, and network technologies.
