Program Manager - Professional Services UAE (Cybersecurity)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Deliver complex IT security, cloud, and networking projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage customer relationships and coordinate stakeholders across sales, operations, support, professional services, and third-party vendors.
• Build project teams, allocate resources, and facilitate customer and internal meetings.
• Control project scope, schedules, costs, risks, documentation, and quality using structured methodologies.
• Forecast revenue, monitor profitability and receivables, coordinate invoicing, and complete project legal documentation.
• Escalate and resolve project challenges while communicating sensitive information effectively.

Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of experience in a similar program or project management position.
• Technical understanding of security, cloud, and networking projects.
• Strong negotiation, written and verbal communication, presentation, organizational, analytical, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience working with global enterprise, MSSP, carrier, and government customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or management discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• PMP and/or PRINCE2 certification.
