Location: United States - Remote
Basic compensation: $85,000–$95,000 yearly salary

What you will do
- Develop and maintain training curricula and instructional materials.
- Deliver New Employee Training, Delta sessions, on-site programs, and over-the-shoulder coaching.
- Support training initiatives for Marine Air-Ground Task Force command-and-control systems.
- Complete post-event reporting and documentation to support compliance and training effectiveness.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience maintaining and configuring the MACCS family of systems, including CTN, CAC2S, TBMCS, and AFATDS.
- At least three years of instructor or analyst experience supporting Marine Corps systems or equipment, plus experience leading curriculum development in a formal training environment.
- Experience as a MACCS network administrator; integrating MACCS sensors; configuring radios, antennas, and telecommunications equipment; and setting up and integrating the Tactical Data Framework.
- At least two years of experience configuring and maintaining tactical data links, including Link 16 and Joint Range Extension Application Protocols A, B, and C.
- Experience with Cisco routers, switches, and Internetwork Operating System; virtual operating systems; radio-frequency propagation; and electromagnetic-spectrum fundamentals.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline, or four additional years of USMC training experience in lieu of the degree. Formal-school instructor certification and an active Secret clearance are required at entry.
