Product Manager – Mobile & Multi-Location POS

Location: Newark, NJ / Greater New York City Area; hybrid work from an NRS office three days per week.

What you will do

• Own the full product lifecycle from merchant discovery and strategy through launch, adoption, and continuous iteration.
• Lead product strategy, roadmap prioritization, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications for mobile and multi-location POS capabilities.
• Spend time with merchants and staff to understand workflows, operational pain points, and unmet needs.
• Partner with engineering, design, operations, sales, marketing, onboarding, and support to deliver scalable products and drive adoption.
• Analyze market trends, competitive offerings, and product analytics to identify opportunities and improve product performance.
• Define key product metrics and serve as the internal subject matter expert and advocate for merchant needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience building and scaling SaaS products.
• 2+ years of experience leading mobile features and experiences.
• Experience building products for SMB or consumer-oriented users, with strong product discovery, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to simplify complex operational workflows into intuitive user experiences.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work hybrid from an NRS office three days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in the POS space.
• Familiarity with ordering, payments, inventory management, or loyalty.
