Full Stack Engineer (Go/React)

Location: Remote, LATAM

Salary: $85,000–$98,000 annually for LATAM; UK and US compensation ranges are also listed separately.

What you will do

• Design, build, and operate Go and Python services for network discovery, assurance, fleet management, and data ingestion.
• Define and evolve versioned gRPC and REST APIs using Protocol Buffers and OpenAPI.
• Build React and TypeScript dashboards for real-time device, interface, network health, and telemetry monitoring.
• Develop scalable query and aggregation APIs, type-safe frontend integrations, and performant visualizations for large fleets and high-frequency data.
• Improve reliability and performance through automated testing, CI quality gates, production operations, and on-call participation.
• Collaborate with product, design, customer-facing, and engineering teams while contributing to architecture, roadmap planning, code reviews, and mentoring.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with production work across backend and frontend systems.
• Strong production experience in Go or Python and working proficiency in the other language.
• Experience designing and operating gRPC services with Protocol Buffers, including schema evolution, streaming RPCs, deadlines, middleware, and error handling.
• Experience with distributed event-driven systems, message queues, asynchronous processing, and idempotent data ingestion.
• Strong React and TypeScript skills, including monitoring dashboards, data visualization, real-time browser data, performance optimization, responsive CSS, and accessibility.
• Regular use of AI coding assistants and agents, with the ability to verify generated code and protect sensitive customer network information.

Nice to have

• Networking protocols and interfaces such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, LLDP/CDP, SNMP, gNMI, and gNOI.
• Experience with NetBox, network automation frameworks, or agents running in customer environments.
• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, time-series databases, Grafana, and alerting or incident user experiences.
• Experience building AI-powered features, using LLM APIs, MCP, tool-using agents, or agentic development frameworks.
