Senior Manager of Fullstack Software Engineering (AI): Leading teams building customer-facing web and mobile platforms, scalable APIs, and cloud services for intelligent site technology with an accent on agentic AI workflows, real-time data, and responsive user experiences. Focus on designing scalable fullstack architectures, processing video and IoT streams, developing engineering talent, and integrating Product, Design, AI/ML, Security, Infrastructure, and Hardware systems.
Location: Hybrid role based in-office in Seattle, Washington, United States

What you will do
- Lead engineering for customer-facing web and mobile platforms, including operator consoles, admin portals, and site management workflows.
- Partner with Product and Design to deliver intuitive, role-aware interfaces for complex operational needs.
- Oversee agentic AI workflows and conversational or automated interfaces for configuring, monitoring, and documenting site operations.
- Design and maintain scalable cloud-native backend services and performant frontend architectures processing real-time video and IoT data.
- Lead, coach, hire, and develop fullstack, frontend, and backend engineering teams.
- Set technical roadmaps and champion automated testing, CI/CD, code reviews, monitoring, and cross-functional integration.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 4+ years managing and growing fullstack or user-facing product engineering teams.
- Strong product and UI/UX judgment with experience improving complex enterprise workflows and web or mobile interfaces.
- Technical expertise with React, TypeScript, Next.js, Node, Python, Go, GraphQL, and REST.
- Experience or strong interest in agentic AI workflows, LLM orchestration, or intelligent automation.
- Experience designing highly available cloud-native systems, preferably on AWS, supporting high-throughput data, video streaming, or IoT integrations.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States. A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with WebRTC, HLS, and complex data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with IoT, computer vision, or AI/ML integrations in user-facing applications.
- Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
