ASIC Design Engineer (ASIC)

hirify.global is hiring for an ASIC implementation engineering role supporting complex semiconductor design projects.

What you will do

• Implement large and complex ASIC designs using the latest technology nodes.
• Lead one or more design-closure disciplines, including synthesis, design for test, floorplanning, place and route, clock methodology, power planning, timing closure, signal integrity, and physical design checks.
• Work with multiple EDA vendor solutions and adapt to changing technical requirements.
• Participate in and drive peer reviews to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Collaborate with customers and design teams across multiple geographies.
• Lead complex technical projects and provide direction to other project members with limited supervision.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of related experience, or master's degree and 10+ years, or PhD and 7+ years.
• Demonstrated expertise across multiple ASIC implementation disciplines.
• Experience working on complex technical projects and exercising independent judgment in selecting methods and evaluation criteria.
• Ability to complete tasks with little supervision and lead projects.
• Ability to work onsite in Irvine, California, United States.
