Delivery Executive, West Market Unit (SAP/AI)

Salary: USD 151,900–340,900 yearly

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery accountability across strategic SAP customer accounts.
• Own governance and program success across scope, cost, risk, performance, and escalations.
• Oversee project managers, system integrators, and other ecosystem participants.
• Drive SAP solution adoption, cloud transformation, and AI use cases through production.
• Build customer transformation roadmaps, monitor cACV consumption and C2C targets, and develop C-level relationships.
• Lead executive steering meetings, manage senior escalations, and partner with Sales on new service opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• 10–15 years of SAP services delivery experience; system integrator experience preferred.
• PMP certification required.
• Experience leading ERP implementations with 50+ resources and more than $20M in annual revenue.
• Pre-sales experience with $10M+ engagements and strong strategic consulting positioning skills.
• Experience operationalizing AI and innovation use cases into production, coordinating complex ecosystems, and engaging C-level executives.
