Senior Business Analyst (Asset Management)

Location: Onsite at the 590 Madison Avenue office in New York City, United States

Base pay: $150,000–$180,000 per year, plus potential performance bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead planning, orchestration, and delivery of strategic initiatives across investment, operating, and management platforms.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, technology partners, and senior leaders to maintain transparency and alignment.
• Frame business problems and translate them into actionable transformation roadmaps.
• Connect business strategy across Front, Middle, and Back Office functions.
• Define future-state business solutions and help evolve the firm’s operating model.

Requirements

• Knowledge of hedge fund operating models and the investment and trade lifecycle across one or more asset classes.
• Experience leading programs and business initiatives, building consensus among senior cross-functional stakeholders, and managing projects.
• 3–5 years of experience in strategic planning, business transformation, or management consulting.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with large, complex datasets and data visualization tools.
• Structured problem-solving skills, attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and strong communication abilities.

Nice to have

• Direct hedge fund operating environment or capital markets experience.
• Experience with order, execution, portfolio management, Risk & PnL, IBOR/ABOR, Treasury, or PB/financing workflows.
• Exposure to OKR-based planning environments.
