Manager, Business Analysis (Remote - US)

Location: Remote within the United States; Santa Ana, California

Salary: $129,300–$172,300 annually

What you will do

• Manage Business Systems Analysts and Business Analysts supporting product teams and transformation programs.
• Lead business and functional requirements analysis for major initiatives and represent the division in strategic programs.
• Mentor analysts and oversee best practices across discovery, design, development, testing, launch, and production support.
• Coordinate business, product, design, engineering, and external partner collaboration as a liaison between business and technology teams.
• Oversee agile documentation including APIs, business rules, user stories, data validation, and test cases.
• Build a Business and Systems Analysis Center of Excellence and support the group charter and engagement model.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience as a Lead Business Analyst or Business Analysis Manager with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience supporting major digital transformation programs in complex environments as a Senior BA or BSA.
• Experience in agile development environments and across the full software or product development lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, system integrations, requirements documentation, and supporting technologies.
• Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, organization, and program or project management skills.

Nice to have

• CBAP, IIBA, PBA, or agile certifications.
• Knowledge of title insurance and settlement services operations.
• Advanced degree.
