French Speaking Technical Sales Representative (3D Printing)

Location: On-site in Berlin, Germany. Permanent transfer or temporary rotation opportunities are available in Boston or Milwaukee, United States.

Starting annual OTE: €62,000 for candidates with no prior experience, including base salary and an uncapped performance-based monthly bonus. Full-time employees also receive RSUs.

What you will do

• Consult customers and sell professional 3D printing technology using a solution-oriented approach.
• Identify sales leads and follow up on inbound inquiries by phone and email.
• Assess customer needs, provide an excellent customer experience, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Coordinate customer touchpoints and collaborate with decision-makers to develop solutions that drive sales.
• Represent hirify.global at trade shows and onsite customer events.
• Build hands-on expertise in hirify.global products through training and practical experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a STEM-related field.
• 0–3 years of full-time work experience.
• C1 or better fluency in French and English is required.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for technology, along with a customer-focused and results-oriented approach.
• Ability to communicate effectively by phone, video, and email and to work independently within a team.
• Ability to handle rejection, learn, and adapt.
