Senior FinOps Program Analyst (AI)

Location: San Francisco, California, United States. Hybrid work with employees expected to work from a hirify.global hub office 3+ days per week; hub locations include Denver, San Francisco, Nashville, and Santiago. A relocation stipend may be available for relocation to a hirify.global hub location.

Base salary: $128,000–$151,000 USD annually for San Francisco, CA.

What you will do

• Support program management for a portfolio of Corporate Engineering initiatives from scoping through delivery and post-launch review.
• Maintain program roadmaps and status reports, translating progress and blockers into clear updates for stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate dependencies and delivery risks with AI Solutions, Business Systems, Finance, and Security teams.
• Coordinate AI tooling rollouts, integrations, training schedules, and communications for internal teams.
• Track program success metrics and KPIs to support trade-off discussions with Technology Assurance leadership.
• Maintain and improve program management processes, templates, and governance across Corporate Engineering.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program or project coordination.
• Strong understanding of project planning, stakeholder communication, and risk tracking.
• Experience supporting technology rollouts or adoption initiatives, including end-user training and communications.
• Strong documentation skills and the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience tracking success metrics and KPIs for program reporting.
• Ability to work from a hirify.global hub office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or a similar certification.
• Bias for action, resilience in ambiguity, and strong ownership of outcomes.
