Senior Recruiter (Part time - contract)

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across Product, Engineering, Business and Growth, Data Science, and Design.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, scorecards, competencies, and hiring strategies.
• Build talent pipelines through creative sourcing, outbound campaigns, niche channels, talent communities, and warm networks.
• Lead structured interviews and candidate assessments for critical individual contributor and Lead, Manager, and Director-level roles.
• Use candidate insights, market trends, and pipeline analytics to influence leadership decisions.
• Optimize recruiting workflows, ATS usage, and operational processes while delivering a strong candidate experience.

Requirements

• 6+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a startup, venture studio, incubator, accelerator, or software venture environment.
• Experience recruiting for Software Engineering, Data Science/ML, Product, Design, and Director-level leadership roles.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and familiarity with modern recruiting tools, including Gem, Metaview, Claude, LinkedIn, and AI sourcing tools.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-change environments and manage competing priorities.
• Strong business acumen, communication, organization, and operational process skills.
