Senior Director, AMER Field Marketing (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Own the AMER field marketing strategy and execution across North America, LATAM, and the Public Sector.
• Lead, develop, and coach a large team of regional field marketing professionals.
• Build a field marketing center of excellence to support regional business growth.
• Partner with sales on targeting, account strategies, and regional go-to-market motions.
• Develop integrated, data-driven field programs, events, and partner initiatives to generate pipeline and customer engagement.
• Create measurement plans with Marketing Operations and optimize campaign performance.

Requirements

• 12+ years of field marketing experience in B2B.
• 5+ years of experience managing large field marketing teams, including regional managers and specialists.
• Demonstrated success building and executing marketing strategies aligned with sales and leadership.
• Knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, and Splash.
• Strong strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Cybersecurity field marketing experience.
• Experience with LATAM and/or Public Sector field marketing motions.
