Program Manager III - Gynecologic Oncology (Program Management/Healthcare): Leading complex gynecologic oncology programs and coordinating strategic initiatives across clinical, research, finance, philanthropy, and administrative stakeholders with an accent on program execution, operational planning, and cross-functional leadership. Focus on managing multiple high-priority projects, coordinating grant activities and institutional reporting, and driving quality improvement across the program.

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid schedule with 2–3 days onsite per week

Salary: $108,280–$118,915 per year

What you will do

  • Lead complex gynecologic oncology programs and multiple high-priority projects with significant organizational impact.
  • Coordinate faculty, research leaders, clinical trials teams, finance, philanthropy, patient advocates, and administrative partners.
  • Organize disease-focused and research working groups, leadership meetings, retreats, agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate grant activities, deadlines, deliverables, reporting, grant development, manuscripts, and scientific updates.
  • Develop donor and program materials and manage digital communications and social media.
  • Provide program leadership, manage resources, maintain documentation, and drive quality improvement and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, healthcare, or a related field.
  • Seven years of relevant experience with progressively increasing responsibility, including at least four years in program management or comparable roles.
  • Extensive program management experience with demonstrated accomplishments.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities, cross-functional teams, complex organizational dynamics, and change.
  • Ability to work onsite in Boston 2–3 days per week as part of the hybrid schedule.

Nice to have

  • Project or program management certification such as PgMP or PMP.
