Sr Program Services Manager

Location: Onsite hybrid three days per week in Irving, TX or Centennial, CO, United States

Salary: $88,900–$155,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Lead client enrollment, onboarding, participation, and compliance across Reserve programs, including pharmacy and new categories.
• Analyze purchasing and participation data to identify compliance gaps, conversion opportunities, and action plans.
• Coordinate category launches, client expansion, and program adoption with suppliers, field teams, contracting, sourcing, analytics, and marketing.
• Create presentations, training, webinars, FAQs, talking points, and other program materials.
• Manage client and supplier inquiries, ordering challenges, product access issues, shortages, substitutions, allocations, and escalations.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, pipeline reports, compliance records, and performance metrics while improving program processes, tools, communications, and client experience.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in healthcare or supply chain.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable plans and new service offerings.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel and work onsite in a hybrid arrangement three days per week in Irving, TX or Centennial, CO.
