Professional Services Engineer - West (DevOps/DevSecOps)

Location: Remote within the United States; preference for PST, MST, or CST timezone alignment. Up to 30% travel may be required.

Salary: $123,840–$209,520 USD annually for US residents.

What you will do

• Lead the technical delivery lifecycle for Professional Services engagements, from scoping and discovery through implementation and handoff.
• Design and deliver hirify.global reference architectures for self-managed, cloud, and on-premises environments.
• Deploy and configure infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, and the hirify.global Environment Toolkit.
• Lead source code management and CI/CD migrations to hirify.global, including enterprise migrations using Congregate.
• Provide DevOps and DevSecOps consulting, assess scalability and security trade-offs, and guide customers and partners.
• Develop delivery kits, documentation, training materials, case studies, and maintainable automation assets.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work as a US resident for the listed salary range.
• Experience delivering at least two consulting services, such as source code management migration, cloud architecture, DevOps engineering, or CI/CD consulting.
• Experience designing and implementing reliable, scalable DevOps platforms with clear performance and security trade-offs.
• Hands-on experience with cloud and on-premises infrastructure, Terraform, Ansible, and automation or integration code.
• Experience migrating systems to hirify.global, including Congregate or similar migration tooling, plus knowledge of data consistency and integrity concepts.
• Strong customer-facing communication, technical design, decision-making, organizational, and asynchronous collaboration skills; a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
