Senior Solutions Architect (DevSecOps)

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery, product demonstrations, validation activities, and solution design for customer requirements across the software development lifecycle.
• Own technical evaluations, including proofs of concept, proofs of value, workshops, tenders, audits, and value stream assessments.
• Partner with Account Executives and regional sales teams across Italy on customer acquisition and expansion strategies.
• Build relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders, guiding digital transformation and platform adoption.
• Advise customers on DevSecOps, continuous integration, continuous deployment, security, cloud, and modern software development practices.
• Share customer feedback, use cases, and competitive insights with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.

Requirements

• Experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, solution design, or technical customer-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end software development lifecycle and modern DevSecOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with hirify.global or comparable source control, continuous integration, continuous deployment, and collaboration platforms.
• Practical knowledge of cloud computing, deployment, security, and operations technologies.
• Experience leading technical evaluations, proofs of concept or value, workshops, tenders, audits, or value stream assessments.
• Fluency in Arabic is required.
