Growth Solution Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Create technical and business solutions for Federal Government opportunities, highlighting relevant strengths, methodologies, and experience.
• Lead solution development with technical and customer-domain experts and produce compliant, persuasive proposal content.
• Contribute to demonstrations, proposals, oral presentations, white papers, and other client-facing materials.
• Translate capture strategies and delivery capabilities into technical approaches and management plans.
• Lead cross-functional design challenges and multidisciplinary SME teams while engaging senior customers and partners.
• Apply Agile, product management, DevSecOps, and human-centered design practices to complex system development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solution development or program leadership, including Federal proposal support.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, human-centered design, and DevSecOps practices.
• Experience with modern cloud solutions, frontend user experiences, backend APIs, and data-intensive systems.
• Ability to collaborate across functions, motivate action, and turn complex insights into persuasive content.
• US citizenship or a Green Card is required; sponsorship is not available.
• US residency for at least the past three years and eligibility for a Public Trust position, including a US Government background investigation, are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with HHS Operating Divisions, especially CMS.
• Healthcare Data Interoperability experience, including FHIR, and digital quality measurement knowledge.
• Experience solving complex healthcare technology and business-system challenges.
• Ability to determine when AI adds value and use AI tools to accelerate research, solutioning, and proposal development.
