Location: Onsite at the office in Hartford, Connecticut, United States. The role requires 50% domestic and international travel between sites and propulsion suppliers. The job holder must be a US Person under ITAR and have current US work authorization.
Salary: $120,000–$150,000 annually, with geographic differentials possible.
Company
develops commercial aircraft and aerospace systems, with this role supporting propulsion supplier performance through the Procurement organization.
What you will do
- Manage on-time and on-quality delivery of propulsion systems.
- Work with supplier program, industrial, supply chain, and quality leaders to assess production value streams and improve performance.
- Coordinate stakeholders across the United States and Europe and collaborate with propulsion suppliers.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions using root-cause analysis and recurrence-prevention methods.
- Maintain supplier readiness, risk, quality, and supply chain outlooks and support action plans.
- Review industrial targets, capacity, quality, and readiness during Control Tower and Industrial Reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, industrial engineering, supply chain management, logistics management, or equivalent education and experience.
- At least 10 years of experience in aerospace or automotive industrial planning, supply chain management, quality management, and continuous improvement.
- Experience leading industrial capacity and quality assessments.
- Valid driver’s license and passport.
- US Person status under ITAR and current US work authorization are required.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 50% of the time.

- Knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning and risk management.
- Lean Six Sigma certification or expertise.
- Project Management Professional certification.
