What you will do

  • Coordinate onboarding, technical, refresher, and qualification training for manufacturing employees.
  • Manage training plans, curricula, qualification requirements, assignments, and completion tracking in the Learning Management System.
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready training records and verify employee competency before independent work.
  • Partner with supervisors, subject matter experts, and Quality to develop and deliver training materials, assessments, and qualification activities.
  • Provide compliance reports, conduct record and LMS audits, support corrective actions, and assist with internal and external audits.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements to content, delivery methods, and administrative processes.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, Science, or a related field, or equivalent education and relevant experience.
  • At least two years of experience coordinating or delivering training in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, organization, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and confidential records.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or another regulated industry.
