Associate eLearning Specialist (MedTech)

What you will do

• Develop high-quality eLearning courses for multiple medical device divisions and product launch deadlines.
• Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to create intuitive layouts, clear instructions, and effective assessments.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, sales trainers, management, and senior eLearning designers to identify training needs and align project objectives.
• Administer users, courses, and retention records in the eLearning management system and assist with login and navigation troubleshooting.
• Film and edit videos demonstrating procedural steps, instrumentation, and assembly.
• Prepare training materials for regulatory review and ensure country-specific indications are accurately represented.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in multimedia design, instructional design, computer programming, or a related field.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software and programs.
• Experience editing graphics and videos.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite editing tools and applications.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines across multiple projects.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, written, and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with learning management system administration.
