Training Manager (Quality)

Location: Northfield, Illinois, United States; travel to hirify.global plants within and outside the state up to 20% of the time.

Salary: $85,000–$128,000 annual, plus bonus and/or incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Plan, direct, and coordinate training and development activities for QA, QC, RA, and related staff.
• Conduct needs analyses and maintain training curricula for new and existing Quality employees.
• Partner with Quality subject-matter experts to create presentations, worksheets, case studies, pre-work, quizzes, and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate training programs with offsite locations and plants, identifying and addressing gaps.
• Deliver hands-on training and verify training effectiveness at hirify.global plants.
• Develop and deliver company-wide cGMP, ISO, and QSR training while supporting new hires.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 4 years of experience in a Quality role involving process control, process improvement, testing, or inspection.
• Experience evaluating information and processes to determine department needs.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for business purposes, within and outside the state.

Nice to have

• At least 1 year of experience delivering training programs for Quality professionals.
• Experience communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.
