Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom. The role is also available in Diegem, Belgium; Maidenhead, United Kingdom; New Brunswick, United States; and São Paulo, Brazil.

What you will do

• Own the global roadmap, priorities, deliverables, and outcomes for legal template transformation.
• Lead the assessment, simplification, drafting, validation, approval, localization, and deployment of templates, clauses, fallback positions, playbooks, exhibits, and guidance.
• Establish governance for ownership, version control, approvals, exceptions, review cycles, releases, and retirement.
• Build the end-to-end operating model covering intake, taxonomy, roles, handoffs, maintenance, and supporting tools.
• Lead stakeholder alignment, implementation planning, testing, deployment readiness, training, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Define and report measures covering progress, adoption, simplification, cycle time, quality, risk, partner experience, and realized value.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor, LL.B., or equivalent law degree.
• At least 10 years of legal or contracting experience, including complex commercial contracting, legal operations, or enterprise transformation leadership.
• Experience leading complex global workstreams, navigating ambiguity, and influencing senior leaders without formal authority.
• Strong legal and enterprise judgment across risk, compliance, business value, operational feasibility, and user experience.
• Experience connecting strategy, governance, content, technology, data, and change in large-scale legal or contracting transformation.
• Executive communication, facilitation, decision-framing, program leadership, problem-solving, talent development, and accountability skills.

Nice to have

• Life sciences experience.
• Advanced training or experience in legal operations, contracting, project management, transformation, process improvement, or change management.
• Fluency in automation, analytics, structured data, and responsible AI.
