Salary: $172,000–$220,000 per year

• Manage and lead a team to achieve results.
• Ensure compliance with external legal and tax requirements and internal stewardship standards.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to drive sales strategies and achieve growth objectives.
• Experience identifying new opportunities and developing relationships with key customers.
• Ability to lead medium-complexity innovation projects.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and networking skills.
• Awareness of relevant legal, tax, and internal stewardship requirements.
• Prior team management and leadership experience is preferred.
