Relationship Banker Business Specialist (Banking)

Location: Onsite at 8593 Baltimore National Pike, Ellicott City, MD 21043, United States

Base salary: $57,750–$96,250 per year, plus incentive eligibility based on company, business, and individual performance.

What you will do

• Acquire and expand consumer and business banking relationships with businesses generating under $2 million in sales revenue.
• Generate leads, schedule appointments, manage referrals, and support clients from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
• Coordinate with branch teams and partners across wealth management, private banking, business banking, and mortgage services.
• Recommend tailored solutions including deposits, lending, cash management, payments, and investing.
• Engage clients inside and outside the branch, resolve problems, and advocate for customer needs across departments.
• Follow policies and procedures, manage risk, and support accurate daily branch operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience.
• Typically less than one year of professional experience or successful completion of a formal development program.
• Knowledge of banking products, business acumen, prospecting, selling, and customer needs analysis.
• Strong communication, customer service, customer experience, and priority-management skills.
• Must work onsite in Ellicott City, Maryland.
