What you will do

• Manage branch priorities, performance, revenue, customer loyalty, and sales targets.
• Grow consumer and business relationships through consultative selling, business development, and community involvement.
• Lead a differentiated customer experience across technology-enabled and omnichannel banking interactions.
• Attract, onboard, coach, retain, and develop branch employees while managing performance expectations.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risks while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Lead ecosystem partnerships and coordinate solutions across hirify.global to make banking easier for customers.

Requirements

• Typically 5+ years of related experience and at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience or knowledge in branch banking services, sales management, customer experience, and people management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, delegate, communicate effectively, and make sound decisions.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Successful candidates must complete additional background checks required under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
