Senior Program Manager (Experiential Marketing)

Location: Hybrid role based in Dayton, New Jersey, United States, or Oakville, Ontario, Canada; approximately 30% travel required.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of experiential marketing programs from planning through final reconciliation.
• Manage fabrication vendors, third-party partners, scopes, schedules, quality standards, and client expectations.
• Lead client execution communications, proposals, budgets, project updates, change management, and approvals.
• Coordinate estimating, creative, production, operations, fulfillment, and field services teams.
• Develop budgets and forecasts, track revenue, control vendor costs, reconcile program expenses, and support account profitability.
• Partner with Creative and Strategy teams, support account growth, and mentor Program Managers and Coordinators.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in experiential marketing, tradeshows, or agency program management.
• Experience managing complex programs and multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, organization, problem-solving, client service, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; 2+ years as a Program Manager or in a similar role.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30%.
