Workday Integration Senior Analyst (Workday)

Location: Houston, United States; location flexible

Salary: $95,400–$163,900 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Provide functional Workday support and development, including business process configuration, integrations, EIB data transmission, troubleshooting, and testing.
• Monitor and maintain inbound and outbound integrations across Workday and related production systems.
• Support Workday Core HCM, Time Tracking, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Absence, Performance, and Security functionality.
• Document business requirements, articulate end-to-end functional processes, and recommend improvements using Workday capabilities.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence, third-party vendors, and integration teams on solution design, implementation, updates, and production support.
• Plan and execute regression, unit, user acceptance, and pre-launch testing for new features and enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Project Management, MIS, or a related field, or substantial directly related experience.
• At least 5 years of experience with HCM tool-suite processes and project management, including analysis and documentation.
• 3–4 years of experience driving business process implementations.
• Proven Workday functional expertise, including delivered functionality, reports, administrative tasks, and HCM Suite configuration.
• Strong prioritization, independent problem-solving, accountability, design thinking, and judgment.
• Ability to coach and mentor peers while supporting business outcomes through user-centered solutions.
