HRIS Associate - HR Technology (ServiceNow HRSD)

Expected annual base salary: $110,000–$170,000

What you will do

• Support the management, enhancement, optimization, and ongoing support of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, Workday, and related HR technology platforms.
• Partner with HR, Technology, and business stakeholders to identify process improvements, gather requirements, and recommend best-practice solutions.
• Coordinate testing activities, develop test scripts, facilitate User Acceptance Testing, and support defect resolution.
• Support change management, communications, training, user adoption, and platform enhancement initiatives.
• Maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, user guides, knowledge articles, testing controls, and release readiness materials.
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, improve data quality and user experience, and support governance activities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of HRIS experience.
• Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and finance processes, including recruiting, benefits, payroll, performance management, and time tracking.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience managing multiple projects independently, resolving issues, meeting deadlines, and escalating appropriately.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience handling highly sensitive data confidentially and adapting quickly to new systems.
