Maintenance Electrician 1st Shift

Location: Onsite in Jonesboro, Arkansas, United States. The role works 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday, with overtime as needed to meet customer demand.

What you will do

• Install electrical wiring, conduit, and electrical apparatus for machines and equipment including robots, conveyors, and programmable controllers.
• Diagnose and repair transformers, motors, lighting fixtures, and other electrical apparatus.
• Repair faulty electronic components such as printed circuit boards.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic machine components.
• Plan building wiring layouts and perform welding and fabrication.
• Maintain and troubleshoot boilers and chillers while supporting assigned production duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least four years of mechanical experience and/or a state license, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One-year certificate from a college or technical school and/or a state license.
• Safety-conscious approach, commitment to 5S, strong quality standards, and ability to meet production goals.
• Ability to work collaboratively while remaining self-motivated.
• Must have work authorization permitting employment with hirify.global in the United States; visa sponsorship is not offered.
