Network Administrator (Senior-Level)

Location: Orlando, FL, USA; non-remote

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead the administration, maintenance, optimization, security, and modernization of enterprise network infrastructure.
• Design and maintain routing, switching, wireless, storage networking, and network security environments.
• Provide Tier III troubleshooting and resolve complex network performance and infrastructure issues.
• Administer Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Cisco ACI, NetApp, HPE SAN, and Fibre Channel technologies.
• Develop network architecture documentation, technical standards, operational procedures, and capacity plans.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity teams, vendors, government stakeholders, and technical staff on compliance, modernization, disaster recovery, and lifecycle management.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret Clearance are required.
• DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification or higher is required.
• Eight or more years of experience administering and troubleshooting enterprise network environments.
• Advanced expertise with Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Cisco ACI, routing, switching, wireless networking, and network architecture design.
• Experience with network security controls, DoD/NIST/RMF or federal cybersecurity requirements, storage networking, disaster recovery, and high-availability environments.
• Experience leading modernization, technology refresh, capacity planning, documentation, and technical mentoring initiatives.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• CCIE or other advanced networking certifications.
• Experience supporting Department of Defense environments and mission-critical systems.
• Experience with Cisco ACI, enterprise wireless networking, NetApp, HPE SAN, and Fibre Channel.
• Strong project planning, documentation, and communication skills.
