Systems Engineer - Stadiums and Wi-Fi Solutions (Networking)

Location: Remote, based in North Carolina, United States; travel within the assigned region up to 60% is required.

Base compensation: USD 150,000–170,000 annually, plus commission on a 70/30 split.

What you will do

• Design, plan, and oversee complex wired and wireless network solutions for sports and entertainment venues.
• Analyze customer requirements and architect solutions that position hirify.global products against competitors.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to executive, management, and technical audiences.
• Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, industry events, and customer briefings.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Support, and Product teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in live customer environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering, systems design, or pre-sales.
• Expert knowledge of 802.11 Wi-Fi technologies and wireless network design.
• Strong experience with wired, wireless, security networking, Layer 2/3 technologies, routing protocols, and enterprise network troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Ekahau, Hamina, NetScout, or equivalent network toolsets.
• Understanding of network and systems security design, implementation, and analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; willingness to travel up to 60% is required.

Nice to have

• CWTS, CWNA, CWDP, CWAP, or equivalent wireless certifications.
• Experience with hirify.global products and solutions.
• Experience delivering networking projects for sports, entertainment, or public venues.
