Senior Networking Systems Engineer (AI Networking)

Location: Remote, territory-based role for candidates residing within the assigned Southern Massachusetts territory, United States. Travel to customer sites is expected approximately three days per week.

Salary: USD 166,000–322,000 annual combined base and target-level sales compensation in Massachusetts.

What you will do

• Act as the senior pre-sales technical advisor for enterprise customers in the assigned territory.
• Partner with Territory Managers to qualify opportunities and develop account strategies.
• Design and present end-to-end networking solutions, technical proposals, and implementation recommendations.
• Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and Proofs of Concept.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, partners, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Support complex sales engagements, maintain the opportunity pipeline, and track competitive networking trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of infrastructure engineering, systems engineering, or pre-sales experience in enterprise networking environments.
• Strong customer-facing communication, presentation, consultative selling, and solution-design skills.
• Experience working with executive and technical stakeholders throughout the sales process.
• Experience with Aruba Networking and/or Juniper Mist, routing and switching, enterprise wireless networking, and network security.
• Knowledge of Network Access Control, including Aruba ClearPass, Cisco ISE, Cloud NAC, or Juniper Access Assurance.
• Must reside within the assigned Southern Massachusetts territory and be available to travel to customer sites approximately three days per week.

Nice to have

• CWNA, CWDP, CWSP, Aruba, Juniper, Cisco, or equivalent industry certifications.
• Experience with wireless design, deployment, troubleshooting, and pre- and post-site surveys.
• Experience building and leading customer Proofs of Concept.
