Research Admin Specialist II-Coverage Analysis, REMOTE

Location: Full-time US-REMOTE role; U.S. work authorization required

Base salary: $72,000–$88,000 per year. The role may also include annual incentive compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop coverage analysis reports, study budgets, study calendars, charge segregation, and other clinical trial documentation.
• Support industry-sponsored, federally sponsored, and investigator-sponsored clinical research studies.
• Review projects completed by Clinical Research Administrative Specialist I staff and provide feedback.
• Support client contacts and address client-specific research administration needs.
• Apply clinical trial regulations, research billing rules, and coverage determination practices.

Requirements

• U.S. work authorization is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• At least three years of experience in clinical research administration.
• Experience developing clinical research budgets.
• Experience in clinical research coverage analysis is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with clinical trials policy, research billing rules, and protocol-based coverage determinations.
• Quality assurance review experience.
• Medical coding, billing, or Health Information Management experience.
• Experience training or mentoring junior staff.
• Knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes.
