GETPAID Consultant II, Professional Services

Location: Jacksonville, Florida, United States. Standard business hours with flexibility to support client needs; occasional weekends and overtime may be required. Travel: 35–40%.

Salary: $65,480–$111,320 per year.

What you will do

• Lead the functional delivery of GETPAID implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, and client outcomes.
• Analyze order-to-cash data, workflows, and operational requirements to identify inefficiencies and design process improvements.
• Define data mappings, configure solutions, and translate business requirements into technical specifications for integrated delivery.
• Lead key workstreams and collaborate with project managers, technical consultants, product teams, and client stakeholders.
• Guide clients through implementation, testing, system setup, adoption, and go-live.
• Build strong client relationships while supporting improved collections, receivables visibility, cash flow, and payment timeliness.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience across the full end-to-end order-to-cash lifecycle.
• Experience improving collections processes, managing outstanding receivables, resolving disputes, and reducing Days Sales Outstanding.
• Experience with ERP systems and order-to-cash data flows.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to communicate solution designs to both business and technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with GETPAID, especially Cash Application or Credit modules.
• Experience with competing order-to-cash or receivables automation platforms.
• Spanish or other multilingual skills.
