Senior Consultant Advisory Services

Location: Remote; travel 61–80% within the US

Salary: $90,000–$150,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead and participate in advisory engagement workstreams for healthcare system clients.
• Conduct interviews, obtain data, perform analyses, interpret findings, and develop recommendations and potential solutions.
• Create client presentations, reports, and deliverables for different audiences.
• Lead the production and quality assurance of analytics deliverables using hirify.global and client data.
• Build and maintain dynamic data models and standardize or automate client deliverables and internal tools.
• Manage workstream activities, project economics, risks, issues, and implementation support.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of applicable experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree is also accepted as a preferred qualification.
• Experience in healthcare finance, operations, consulting, strategic planning, decision-support analytics, or related areas.
• Ability to conduct and validate qualitative and quantitative analyses, develop visualizations, and communicate data-driven recommendations.
• Ability to lead workgroups, mentor others, collaborate with clients and colleagues, and deliver effective presentations.
• Ability to adapt quickly, meet deadlines, make independent decisions, and work with business software in a collaborative environment.

Nice to have

• Lean process improvement or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt experience.
• Experience developing new methodologies and solving complex healthcare data problems.
