Associate Director, Technology Solutions (Healthcare)

Location: Louisville, KY; applicants must reside in Louisville and work from the office three days per week

Salary: $142,300–$195,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan

What you will do

• Support architecture, integration, and technology decisions across enrollment and Member platforms.
• Lead and develop a technology team of 6–8 direct reports while supporting delivery execution and accountability.
• Advance modernization initiatives involving API design, cloud adoption, data interoperability, Agile delivery, and DevOps.
• Coordinate integrations across internal systems and external partners, including enrollment, ID card, and member data systems.
• Partner with product owners and business leaders to translate requirements into technical strategies, roadmaps, and compliant solutions.
• Support budgeting, business cases, financial modeling, vendor management, and delivery tracking against proforma targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technology field.
• 3+ years of progressive IT experience, including participation in large technology projects.
• 2+ years of formal leadership experience managing teams of at least three people.
• Experience with vendor management, contract resources, budgeting, business case development, and proforma creation.
• Knowledge of cloud-based architecture, enterprise API management, API frameworks, software delivery practices, and data interoperability.
• Understanding of insurance products, benefits administration, healthcare standards, and technology security and regulatory requirements.

• Master’s degree.
• Familiarity with hirify.global platforms and the hirify.global North Star framework.
